Our philosophy for building focuses on encapsulating natural beauty and ensuring ease of maintenance.
We have always enjoyed exploring nature and bringing people together. For over 20 years combined we’ve done just that as chefs, working in some of the best and most recognized restaurants in North Carolina.
Over the years, what started as a fascination for how food is grown, bloomed into a passion for how all plants grow; and what a healthy ecosystem is at its core.
Now we’re bringing that same passion to create beautiful Aquascapes, and design spaces built for bringing people closer to nature and each other.

From the local fish used in our poke mix to the smoked Furikake-Togorashi seasoning on our nori chip mountain, we drew inspiration from our hike along the Mountain to Sea trail in North Carolina. This poke bowl not only showcases the diverse landscapes of North Carolina but also the beautiful diversity of its population.
Starting in Cedar Island, the Mountain to Sea trail takes travelers on a journey along the sea, through plains, rolling hills, and eventually connects to the Appalachian trails in the Great Smoky Mountains!
